Display prototype provides a 2048x1536 pixel, 16.77 m color, high-speed 30-millisecond response time and wide 170 degree viewing angle QuadXGA resolution.

In addition, the digital interface lcd display module eliminate the need for analog / digital conversion, but also the traditional host system needs to display the necessary digital signal output directly displayed. This eliminates the potential signal errors and noise, and lower system cost, according to NEC.

NEC expects to make a new module in the market by the end of this year. Price not disclosed.
